Soglowek acquires 70% of Plant & Bean

The deal will see Soglowek fund an expansion of Plant & Bean's factory in Ayutthaya, which is expected to double output. The company supplies ready-to-cook and ready-to-eat products, including meatballs, minced meat, sausages, nuggets and dumplings, to customers in the UK, Southeast Asia and the US.
