ScanSource to acquire MicroAge for $220.5M

MicroAge is an IT solutions integrator, managed services provider and digital transformation partner. The acquisition is expected to strengthen ScanSource's reach in cloud, cybersecurity, data centre and AI, and to be accretive to margins and non-GAAP EPS in the first year after closing.
The transaction is expected to close in the quarter ending 30 September 2026, subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.
