Huayuan Zhixin Semiconductor raises seed round for virtual-cell technology

Huayuan Zhixin Semiconductor (Shenzhen), a virtual-cell company founded in August 2025, completed a seed financing round in July 2026, according to 36Kr Global . The company focuses on using virtual-cell technology for preclinical efficacy evaluation.

The financing comes as China's virtual-cell sector attracts early-stage capital and expands applications of AI in drug discovery.
