Wipro Consumer Care acquires 60% stake in Dermatouch

What's the endgame? The deal marks Wipro Consumer Care's entry into India's premium skincare segment and its first move into digital-first brands. "We would only look at Digital brands that have the potential to expand offline, which Dermatouch has already proven," said Kumar Chander, chief executive officer of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting.
