Who are they? Ardentis, founded in Vevey in 1993, runs 20 dental facilities and employs 450 people, including about 100 dentists. Medbase, launched in Winterthur in 2001, is a major player in Swiss private care.
What changes? Rabah Nedir, an Ardentis co-founder, is exiting the shareholding as part of the deal. Fellow founder Mark Bischof will keep co-leading the group alongside Yves Corthésy.
