Who's behind it? Founded in 2024 by Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, cofounders of digital lender Kissht, Rezolv builds AI tools for lenders. The round values the company at $51.2 million.

What's the endgame? Rezolv plans to expand its AI capabilities beyond debt collection into broader credit services. The company will deploy a large portion of the fresh capital toward that push.

By the numbers: Rezolv raised $3.5 million in a seed round last year at a $12.8 million post-money valuation, meaning its valuation rose roughly fourfold. Mehta said the company reached an annualised revenue run rate of about 300 million INR by March, at the end of its first full year of operations.

The signal: At $12.5 million, the round sits comfortably above the median for its category, a sign of investor appetite for AI-driven credit infrastructure in India. Rezolv's rapid revaluation suggests lenders are willing to pay for automation across the credit lifecycle, not just collections.
