What's the deal? KickCharge CreativeDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a New Jersey branding and digital marketing agency for the home services industry, has acquired JumpsparkDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a wrap installation and fleet management company serving the trades. The companies announced the deal on 17 August 2026. Terms were not disclosed.

What does each company do? KickCharge has spent more than 30 years building brands for home service companies. Jumpspark handles fleet operations, offering customised leasing strategies and vehicle management so business owners don't have to.

What's the endgame? KickCharge wants to take clients from brand development to real-world execution under one roof. Jumpspark will now add KickCharge's fleet-wrapping capabilities and a nationwide network of installers.

Why it matters: "A company's fleet is one of its most visible and valuable assets," said Terri Lynne Briggs, president and chief operating officer of KickCharge. The deal lets clients scale that presence alongside their brands.

In their words: "We are no longer just building brands for our clients," said Dan Antonelli, founder and CEO of KickCharge. "We are giving them the tools they need to excel in all aspects of their business, including fleet management."

The signal: The acquisition reflects a push to bundle branding, digital marketing, wrap installation, and fleet management into a single service line — a bet that home service businesses want fewer vendors and tighter consistency from brand to road.
