The deal adds a brand with roughly $100 million in annual revenue to ACCO's technology peripherals portfolio.

Trust, founded in 1983 and headquartered in the Netherlands, sells keyboards, mice, headsets, webcams, and gaming peripherals across Europe and Latin America through retail, e-commerce, and B2B channels.
What's the endgame? ACCO Brands is pivoting toward faster-growing technology categories. Adding Trust pushes that segment toward roughly $500 million in annual sales on a pro forma basis, building on the recent EPOS acquisition.
The numbers: Trust is expected to be modestly accretive to adjusted earnings per share in the first 12 months. ACCO Brands expects cost synergies of $5 million to $8 million within 18 months of closing.
Why now? The move deepens ACCO's presence in what chief executive officer Tom Tedford called "some of the largest and fastest-growing categories in technology peripherals." Trust's asset-light model, built on outsourced manufacturing, complements Kensington, PowerA, and EPOS.
The terms: ACCO Brands will finance the deal through borrowings under its revolving credit facility, with limited impact on pro forma leverage. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 or Q4 2026, subject to competition authority approvals.
What's the plan for Trust? "ACCO Brands' global scale, supply chain, and channel relationships will help us accelerate innovation and reach even more consumers and business customers," said Trust chief executive officer Jeroen Hoogland.
The signal: The deal reflects a legacy office-products maker reweighting its portfolio toward consumer electronics as traditional stationery categories mature. By stacking Trust onto EPOS and Kensington, ACCO Brands is betting that scale in peripherals offers a clearer growth path than its heritage lines.
