Scalpers buys into youth label Yuxus to fuel its expansion

What's the endgame? The two companies plan a joint expansion strategy to consolidate Yuxus in its current markets and launch in new countries. The goal is to pool both teams' resources to support the brand's growth.
What changes? Yuxus founders will stay at the helm, preserving the brand's autonomy and identity, while Scalpers Company comes on as a strategic partner. Yuxus currently runs 14 stores and employs close to 100 people.
Why now? Scalpers, a textile brand launched in 2007, says the deal reflects its aim to build an ecosystem of brands with their own identity and growth potential, reaching new segments and audiences.
