ApartmentIQ raises $25M Series C to expand AI tools for landlords

What's the deal? ApartmentIQ, formerly known as Rentable, raised $25 million in follow-on funding in August 2026. Susquehanna Growth EquityDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → funded the round after leading the company's $22.5 million Series B in 2021.

The company said the capital will support continued hiring across engineering, data, product and go-to-market teams, as well as the development of its multifamily market intelligence, revenue management and AI products.
