What's the endgame? Infonative plans to use AI to improve the quality of education and boost employability, offering consultancy and advisory services across IT domains.
The terms: The ₹1,68,30,000 deal is on an arm's-length basis and is not a related-party transaction, complying with the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Listing Regulations. The shares are being bought from four sellers: Ashish Kumar, Amit Shishodia, Sunny Rustagi and Quasif Mohaboob Ansari.
