The company plans to open its North American headquarters in Dallas in September 2026; formal completion of the transaction is also expected in September 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
The numbers. H&MV expects FY26 revenue above €1 billion, supported by a €2 billion order book and a €16 billion pipeline. It is targeting €3 billion in annual revenue and a global workforce of 3,000 within five years.
The signal. H&MV provides high-voltage engineering and critical power infrastructure for data centres, battery storage and electricity networks, positioning the company in infrastructure markets linked to AI, electrification and the energy transition.
