Andersen Mexico acquired in six-firm expansion

The other five are US-based consulting firms: Clareon, BD Emerson, Daniels Consulting Group, Endeavor Management and Zenger Folkman.

The numbers: The acquisitions are expected to add approximately $34.5 million in annualised revenue, taking the total from acquisitions announced since Andersen's first-quarter update to approximately $67 million.

Why it matters: The Mexico transaction expands Andersen's tax and legal presence in North America, while the five US acquisitions add capabilities across AI and digital transformation, strategy, finance transformation, cybersecurity and human capital. The transactions are expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
