Try Dealroom →, the Quality and Compliance specialist it acquired in May 2026, at the World Patient Safety Congress (WPSC) in Amsterdam. The two will share a stand at the RAI from September 22 to 24, 2026, presenting a joint offering in pharmacovigilance quality, technology, and services for the first time.

Who are they? Arithmos supports life sciences companies across clinical development, quality and compliance, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory affairs. Epiqure is a global provider of GxP Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Technology services.

What's the rationale? The acquisition strengthens Arithmos's GVP, GCP, and GMP Quality Assurance capabilities. It also expands the company's reach and client base across Europe, particularly in France and Switzerland.

Why now? WPSC gathers healthcare professionals, regulators, and life sciences experts to focus on patient safety, with pharmacovigilance central to that goal. That makes it a fitting venue for the two firms to introduce their combined services to clients.

What they said: "Epiqure is an excellent fit for Arithmos, enlarging our GxP Quality Assurance services," said chief executive officer Paolo Morelli. He added that the deal "brings additional highly talented professionals into our organisation and enhances the value we deliver to clients through a broader European presence."

The signal: The tie-up reflects continued consolidation among life sciences service providers seeking to offer clients a single partner spanning quality, technology, and geographic coverage. For Arithmos, the congress marks the first public step in folding Epiqure's expertise into its European footprint.
