Zayra raises R$15M seed to launch a digital-finance education platform

Try Dealroom →, a Brazilian digital-finance education startup, has raised R$15 million in a seed round to develop and launch its teaching platform. Angel investors backed the round, including Gustavo Guedes Maniero, Ibrahim Jamhour and Edison Raposo.

Why now? Zayra is building training for professionals working with blockchain, stablecoins, tokenisation, digital payments, smart contracts, security and artificial intelligence. Its platform will include ZAI, an AI tool that answers questions using course materials and the learner's current studies as context.
The company was founded by Tito Martins, with Claudio Yamaguchi and Daniel Marques as co-founders. Its Learn, Build, Earn model is designed to move students from concepts to practical projects and then into careers or new businesses.
