Goldman lines up data center contractor Divcon for sale; TPG buys Smith + Howard

Goldman Sachs Asset Management (GSAM) is preparing to sell Divcon, a data center power engineering contractor, according to sources. Separately, Broad Sky has closed the sale of professional services firm Smith + Howard to TPG.
