The acquisition was finalised on 4 August 2026 and became effective on 1 August, adding a GLP-certified testing site to InnoSer's network in Belgium and the Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed.
What changes? Vivo Science's scientific and technical teams, GLP certification and client relationships will remain in place as the site operates as InnoSer Deutschland GmbH. The acquisition adds immunology, toxicology and viral-safety expertise, extending InnoSer's ability to support sponsors from early feasibility work through GLP-compliant, submission-ready data.
Why it matters. The deal gives InnoSer a three-site footprint across Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany and advances its strategy of selective acquisitions alongside organic growth. Vivo Science has specialised in immunology, toxicology and viral-safety testing since the early 2000s, with GLP certification obtained in 2004 and GMP status in 2007.
