Why now? The raise marks a quick re-raise for Feijiekes, which has maintained a steady financing pace since backing from Matrix Partners China, Eastern Fortune Capital, and Dingfeng Technology. Since 2026, it says it has notched several breakthroughs in physical AI and embodied intelligence.

What's the endgame? Feijiekes has built what it calls China's first full-stack, self-developed physical intelligence technology system, spanning five core products from a differentiable physics engine to a physical world model. It aims to address the industry's "physical illusion" problem and fill a gap in the domestic ecosystem.

The team is led by Fudan University professor Zhang Lihua, a core founder of NVIDIA's PhysX physics simulation engine, with members drawn from Tsinghua, Peking, Fudan, and Shanghai Jiao Tong universities.

What's next? Feijiekes will deepen its full-stack technologies and use industry alliances to integrate upstream and downstream resources. During the 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference, it led the creation of China's first Physical Intelligence Innovation Consortium, bringing together 32 universities, research institutes, companies, and investors.

The signal: The round underscores investor appetite for the foundational layers of physical AI, where simulation and world models feed embodied intelligence and high-end manufacturing. A repeat commitment from existing backers, plus a fresh slate of new ones, points to steady conviction in domestic physical AI infrastructure.
