Tarsus lands oversubscribed $125M PIPE to fund Alkeus deal and pipeline

Its FDA-approved XDEMVY treats Demodex blepharitis, and its pipeline spans ocular rosacea, Lyme disease prevention, and an ocular antiseptic across dermatology and infectious disease. Proceeds will fund clinical development, commercial activities, and general corporate purposes.
