Aktor to acquire 75% of Helector and Thalis in €300M deal

By the numbers. The parties agreed an enterprise value of €300 million for 100% of Helector and Thalis. The final purchase price will be determined at closing after adjustments for net debt, cash and other customary completion items. The businesses generated combined EBITDA of €40.8 million in 2025, while 2026 EBITDA is projected to exceed €41 million.
