Dice raises $5M Series A to push spend software into US, Middle East
Dice , an India-based enterprise spend management startup, has raised $5 million in a Series A round. Dallas Venture Capital led the round, with GVFL participating.
Founded in 2018, Dice runs a digital commerce, payments, and corporate spend orchestration platform. Its products span accounts payable, procurement, subscriptions, expense and travel administration, and budget management, using AI to read documents and automate business processes.
Dice plans to use the cash on go-to-market efforts — deepening market penetration, widening customer outreach, sharpening sales and marketing, and strengthening its AI capabilities.
By the end of its most recent fiscal year, Dice reported roughly 75 businesses on its platform and $1.5 million in annual recurring revenue. Clients include IDFC First Bank , Piramal Enterprises, and Bajaj Electricals.
Chief executive officer and cofounder Prashant Singh Kushwah framed the raise as a route abroad. "DVC is helping us open doors in the US, and one of the biggest things an Indian enterprise can do is to reach out to the US and the Middle East to expand its software revenue base," he said.
A $5 million Series A backing a startup with $1.5 million in ARR points to investor appetite for Indian B2B software with export ambitions — where the near-term bet is on US and Middle East expansion rather than domestic scale alone.
