Kreon Financial lifts Kairosoft stake to 11.06% in open-market buy
Kreon Financial Services has raised its stake in Kairosoft AI Solutions to 11.06% after buying 10,513 equity shares on the open market on July 30, 2026. The purchase lifted its holding from 120,332 shares, or 10.17%, and crossed the 11% threshold that triggers a SEBI disclosure.
Crossing 11% obliged Kreon to file under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. Jaijash Tatia, chairman and managing director of Kreon, disclosed the transaction to the BSE and Kairosoft on July 31, 2026.
Kairosoft's total equity capital is unchanged at ₹1,18,29,560, made up of 11,82,956 shares with a face value of ₹10 each. The new shares rank pari passu with existing equity, and no fresh capital entered the target company.
Kreon is not part of Kairosoft's promoter group, and none of its shares are pledged or encumbered. The open-market route points to a standard investment rather than a negotiated block deal or control play, leaving the stake fully liquid for further accumulation or exit.
A modest 10,513-share buy shows how India's disclosure regime surfaces even small moves once they clear reporting thresholds. For Kairosoft, a BSE-listed artificial intelligence solutions provider, Kreon's rising position signals continued outside interest without any shift in ownership control.
