Atomic One raises €5.6M for its AI operating system for online sellers
Atomic One, a Málaga-based startup building an AI operating system for online brands, has raised €5.6 million across a two-tranche round. Arcano Partners contributed €660,000 through the public fund Impacto Andalucía Innovación y Desarrollo SICC, bringing that fund's total investment in the company to €2.5 million.
Its AI platform manages operations, advertising, and profit margins for stores selling on Amazon and Walmart. The company markets what it calls its first AI sales agents.
The round also drew private and international investors with backgrounds in technology, artificial intelligence, and business growth. Atomic Growth Spain, which owns the Atomic One brand, is backed by Atomic Growth Ltd — founded in Israel with much of its business in the US — plus Arcano and other Spanish investors.
Atomic One will use the funding to expand its operating system and strengthen its team. It employs 13 specialists in AI, software engineering, data science, product management, and marketing at Málaga's Polo Digital, and plans to add four more people during 2026.
Several founders, including Jonathan Lipnik and José Luis Bustamante, met on the IESE master's programme. They previously built Nutrino Health, which they sold to Medtronic, before founding Atomic One to replace agencies, idle software-as-a-service, and templates that failed to scale.
