What's the deal? Grupa Pracuj, Poland's leading recruitment platform, is acquiring No Fluff JobsDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, one of the country's best-known IT recruitment services, for 10.4 million zł. The site had until now been developed within Ringier Axel Springer PolskaDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → (RASP).
What changes? No Fluff Jobs will stay a separate brand within Grupa Pracuj's portfolio, complementing its offering in the IT segment.
Why now? The deal comes as the IT market shifts from a post-pandemic correction to a selective recovery centred on senior roles and AI-related work.
"After a period of correction, we see demand rebuilding, particularly in areas requiring experience and linked to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity," said Przemysław Gacek, chief executive officer of Grupa Pracuj. He added that the acquisition strengthens the company's presence in the segment "while maintaining capital discipline."
What's the endgame? For Grupa Pracuj, the purchase deepens its portfolio in a core segment of the labour market — recruiting technology specialists. For RASP, the sale reflects a strategy of sharper focus and clearer priorities.
"Today we believe the best place for No Fluff Jobs' further growth will be Grupa Pracuj, the leader among recruitment services on the Polish market and a leading HR Tech platform in Europe," said Krzysztof Stopa, chief financial officer of RASP.
The signal: The transaction consolidates Poland's IT recruitment market under a single owner, betting that demand for technology talent will hold its strategic weight even as hiring patterns shift toward senior and AI-focused roles.
