Techtaka raises 18B KRW from Altos, Naver, Z Venture Capital

What's the endgame? Founded in 2020, Techtaka runs ARGO, which handles the full e-commerce logistics chain — order collection, inventory, fulfilment, and domestic and international shipping — on a single platform. The company will use the funding to advance its AI, expand seller-support tools such as smart inspection, and grow its global network.
Who's backing it? The round drew a notable roster. Naver has now backed Techtaka across three rounds since seed, and recently named ARGO its official N-Delivery integrated returns centre operator. Z Venture Capital joins as a strategic foothold into the Japanese market.
The investor's view: "ARGO has quickly proven differentiated competitiveness in the domestic and overseas fulfilment market based on AI technology," said Altos Ventures partner Kyungchan Song, adding that he expects it to become a core logistics platform driving K-commerce abroad.
Why now? Techtaka is scaling internationally. It set up a US entity in 2024, opened two Los Angeles fulfilment centres, and became an AmazonDealroom has a profile for this one. In Japan, it launched a Tokyo entity and opened a Chiba fulfilment centre in March 2026, completing integration with platforms including Qoo10 and Rakuten.
The market expansion: Domestically, Techtaka has built a multi-guaranteed-delivery system through partnerships with G-market, Cafe24, and Toss Shopping. It now plans to extend into Southeast Asia and Europe, targeting the main destination markets for Korean sellers.
The signal: With repeat backing from Naver and a fresh strategic tie to Japan via Z Venture Capital, Techtaka is positioning ARGO as the cross-border logistics rail for Korean brands expanding overseas.
