Why now? The raise follows an appearance on Shark Tank India Season 4, where the company secured a deal with Vineeta Singh, co-founder of SUGAR Cosmetics. Good Monk says it has grown 11 times in the past year.

The signal: RPSG Capital Ventures has backed other health-focused brands, including Plix, True Elements, and Nutrabay — a sign of investor appetite for India's fast-growing health and wellness market. Good Monk, which donates part of its sales to mid-day meal programs, is positioning science-backed products and clean labels as its edge in a crowded field.
