What's the endgame? Founded in 2023 by Achintya Gupta, Gaurav Jain, and Piyush Agarwal, Reo.Dev runs a platform for software companies selling to developers, engineering teams, and other technical buyers. It analyses developer activity across more than 30 public platforms — including GitHub, Docker Hub, Stack Overflow, Reddit, and Hacker News — to identify buying intent for enterprise sales teams.
What's the moat? The startup's edge is its data infrastructure. "We are sitting on more than 100 Mn developer profiles and over 90 Bn intent signals collected over the last three years. That data is our moat," said cofounder and chief revenue officer Agarwal.
Why now? Reo.Dev claims more than 200 customers across over 40 countries, including NVIDIA, Palo Alto Networks, ElevenLabs, Nebius, and Temporal. Nearly two-thirds of revenue comes from the US, with most of the rest from Europe.
Where the money goes: The capital will mainly fund sales and marketing expansion in the US, its largest market, plus product development. "We are expanding big time into the US, which is our biggest market, while continuing to invest heavily in AI product development," Agarwal said.
The company employs about 75 people, most based in India. It plans to strengthen offerings for AI infrastructure, developer tooling, and cybersecurity firms.
The round follows a $4 million seed led by Heavybit in 2025 and a $1.2 million pre-seed led by India Quotient in early 2024.
What could go wrong? Reo.Dev competes in a crowded market against established revenue intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo, 6sense, and Apollo.io, plus a growing group of AI-native startups.
The signal: The raise sits in the middle range of comparable AI funding rounds, but it reflects steady investor appetite for Indian startups building AI products for global enterprise buyers.
