Its platform collects and structures client data, syncs systems of record, and surfaces recommendations that feed back into workflows to drive automation.

Why the approach? Financial firms run hundreds of workflows across client segments and products, from onboarding and proposal generation to submission intake and policy checks. Feathery aims to fit into existing systems rather than replace them, processing tens of millions of monthly submissions.

Where the money goes: The company plans to build products that tap its data network across clients. "We're doubling down on products that tap our data network across clients to help firms make faster, more accurate decisions and move data seamlessly across their workflows," said co-founder Zack Khan.

Why it stands out: The $30M round sits above the 95th percentile for Series A deals in the US marketing sector, based on a sample of 2,288 comparable rounds. Investor Stephanie Choo of Portage Ventures said Feathery has "earned the trust of enterprises by solving the real operational and regulatory complexity that defines financial services."

The signal: Investors are backing vertical AI platforms built for regulated industries over general-purpose tools that struggle with compliance and scale. Feathery's bet is that each workflow it powers generates data that compounds into a wider automation and decisioning advantage.
