What's the endgame? DSALTA builds a platform that uses AI agents to automate corporate compliance processes such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and AIUC-1. The company says preparation work that traditionally takes months can be completed in days — with its DSALTA AI Agent handling SOC 2 Type I readiness in under 10 days.
Why now? DSALTA had operated on its own capital until this round, reaching roughly 40 customers in six months. The new funding is meant to speed product development and support growth in the US and European markets.
The startup combines compliance automation, third-party risk management, and customer trust management on a single platform, aiming to scale globally.
Can Bakır, chief executive officer of Artificial Intelligence Factory, said corporate compliance and third-party risk management are becoming increasingly critical as companies expand internationally, adding that DSALTA's technology carries significant potential at a global scale.
The signal: Founders Özdoruk and Akbulut say they built DSALTA to change the lengthy, costly nature of compliance — particularly to make it faster and more accessible for small companies. The backing of a corporate-linked investor like İş Bankası Group points to growing demand for AI tools that shorten regulatory work.
