NOBA Bank raises €90M in senior preferred bonds across two currencies

What's the deal? NOBA Bank GroupDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has issued senior preferred bonds totalling €90 million, split evenly between €45 million in Swedish kronor and €45 million in Norwegian kroner. The three-year bonds carry interest at three-month Stibor and Nibor, respectively, plus 1.10%.

Why now? The settlement date is set for June 29, with the bonds to be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

What's the endgame? The issue was carried out under NOBA's existing MTN program, which has a total framework amount of €900 million. That leaves the bank with headroom to raise more debt under the same structure.

The signal: The €90 million post-IPO debt raise marks a step up from NOBA's previous round, and the dual-currency split reflects the bank's footprint across Sweden and Norway.
