WizCommerce raises $8.3M convertible round at $46.6M valuation

What's the deal? WizCommerce, an AI-native sales and e-commerce platform for wholesale distributors, has raised 795,000,000 INR (about $8.3 million) in a convertible round from existing investors. Blume Ventures led with roughly $3 million, joined by Alpha Wave, Peak XV Partners, Z47, and 100X.VC.

Why now? The capital comes less than a year after the Bengaluru-based startup raised $8 million in its Series A, led by Peak XV Partners in August 2025. The board allotted 7,565 bridge convertible preference shares to raise the amount.

What's the endgame? Founded by former Bessemer Venture Partners and EY-ParthenonDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → executive Divyaanshu Makkar and ex-Zomato executive Vikas Garg, WizCommerce sells software to wholesale distributors. It earns through subscriptions and transactions across its AI sales tools, transaction facilitation, and value-added services.

By the numbers: The round values the company at about $46.6 million post-money, up from 3,330,000,000 INR at the Series A. Following the allotment, Blume holds 17.49%, Peak XV 15.57%, Alpha Wave 14.85%, Z47 10.38%, and 100X.VC 2.61%.

What could go wrong? WizCommerce's India entity reported 61,500,000 INR in operating revenue and a net loss of 173,600,000 INR in FY25. Those figures cover only India operations; a significant share of revenue comes from the US.

The signal: At $8.3 million, the round ranks in the 96th percentile of convertible deals in India's marketing sector by size, all-time. Raising a sizeable bridge so soon after a Series A points to strong investor conviction — and, potentially, more capital still to come in this round.
