Italian fintech Klaro raises €3M seed to widen small-business credit access
Klaro, an Italian artificial intelligence platform that helps small businesses access credit and manage liquidity, has closed a €3 million seed round. The round was led by 360 Capital Partners through its 360 Digitaly fund.
Klaro's platform aims to simplify credit access and optimise liquidity management for small firms — a segment often underserved by traditional lenders. The seed capital backs that mission.
360 Capital Partners was advised by BonelliErede, with a team led by partner Giulia Bianchi Frangipane. Klaro was advised by ADVANT Nctm, with partner Simone De Carli; ZNR Notai handled notarial matters.
At €3 million, Klaro's raise ranks in the top 10% of all seed rounds for Italian fintech startups, based on a sample of 278 deals. The size points to investor conviction in AI tools targeting small-business lending in a market where such capital is scarce.
