Bechtle acquires Dutch cloud specialist Interforce
What's the deal? German IT services group BechtleDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired Interforce, a Dutch cloud specialist based in Hazerswoude-Dorp. Founded in 2002, Interforce employs 38 people and posted revenue of €11.3 million in the 2025 financial year. Its team will join Bechtle. The deal value was not disclosed.
What does Interforce do? The company builds integrated cloud and managed services for small and mid-sized clients, with a business model built on a high level of automation. Its offering spans Modern Workplace, Cloud Networking, Cloud Hosting, and Communication Services.
What's the endgame? Bechtle wants to strengthen its position in the Dutch market and grow its share of recurring revenue through managed services. Integration with Bechtle subsidiary PQRDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → is planned for 2027; the company says Interforce's structure resembles PQR's, easing the process.
Why now? Bechtle expects cross-selling opportunities and synergies via its procurement arms, Bechtle BV in Eindhoven and ARP Nederland BV in Maastricht.

The signal: The deal extends Bechtle's pan-European buying spree in IT services and cloud. Recent moves include UK acquisitions such as ACS Systems and Qolcom, Dutch asset management specialist ITAM Solutions, and Portuguese integrator RIS 2048 — pointing to a strategy of assembling a continent-wide services platform through targeted M&A.
