Founded by Obinna Umeh, Growwr connects African talent with global clients, tackling friction in cross-border hiring, management, and payments.
The platform has already facilitated over $2 million in cross-border payouts across more than 100,000 talent profiles.
Why now? Umeh once lost a $50,000 contract because of payment restrictions. That experience directly inspired the platform.
The funding lets Growwr move from manual operations to a more robust technology platform.
