Founded in 2019, Xoople spent seven years in stealth before beginning commercial deployment in the second quarter of 2026. The company builds what it calls an "Earth system of record" — a continuous, high-precision data layer of physical change on the planet's surface, drawn from satellite imagery and integrated directly into enterprise platforms including Microsoft and Esri. Use cases include supply chain monitoring, agricultural forecasting, infrastructure surveillance, insurance risk modelling, and disaster response.
Why now? As AI systems move from analysis toward autonomous action via agentic workflows, demand for reliable, real-time ground-truth data about the physical world is accelerating. AI models increasingly need to interact with physical reality — tracking infrastructure, monitoring crop health, responding to disasters — and proprietary datasets connecting digital and physical worlds are becoming a critical competitive advantage. Xoople is betting that, as AI models commoditise, the data that feeds them is where durable value sits.

Xoople's approach — embedding distribution before having its own data supply, by integrating into the platforms where enterprise buyers already operate — is a notable strategic bet. It prioritises commercial adoption now over technical differentiation later.
If the satellite constellation delivers on its precision claims, Xoople could become the infrastructure layer connecting AI agents to the real world. That is a large and largely uncaptured market.
