Guangdong Tianji Intelligent System Co., Ltd., also known as Tianji Robotics, is a technology firm specializing in robotic products and applications, with a core focus on robots and control systems. The company was established in 2017, with its legal representative being Chen Xi. Chen Xi is the daughter of Chen Qixing, the founder of Shenzhen Everwin Precision Technology, which is a major shareholder in Tianji. The firm develops and produces a wide array of robotic solutions, including vertical articulated robots, SCARA robots, collaborative robots, and controllers. Its product lineup features the force-controlled biomimetic dual-arm Marvin Series, which has seen significant order volume. The company also developed the Tianji Fusion control system and proprietary MEMS joint torque sensors. Tianji's robots are designed for various industrial and commercial applications, such as in 3C electronics, automotive manufacturing, construction machinery, and the food industry. In May 2026, Tianji Intelligent secured approximately $147 million (CNY 1 billion) in a Series B and B+ financing round, which brought its valuation to nearly $1.5 billion (CNY 10 billion). The funding was co-led by Hillhouse Ventures and Meituan, with participation from Tencent, GaoRong Capital, and GGV Capital. The capital is intended for further technology research and development, scaling up mass production, and expanding its global sales network, including into North America. By the end of 2022, the company had served over 800 clients with more than 10,000 robots in operation.
