Founder Mehmet Memecan's background in finance, including experience at TPG Capital and a degree from the Wharton School, informed the company's data-driven approach to agricultural financing. The company has secured significant funding to fuel its expansion, including a $5 million pre-Series A round in 2020 and an $8 million Series B round led by Yara Growth Ventures in 2023.
