About Niulinx

Niulinx is an Italian company developing full-stack autonomous driving technology for urban mobility, founded as a spin-off of Politecnico di Milano. Its technology originates from the AIDA (Artificial Intelligence Driving Autonomous) research group, coordinated by Sergio Matteo Savaresi, Director of the Department of Electronics, Information and Bioengineering. Niulinx builds the entire technology stack required for autonomous driving, from environmental perception and route planning to vehicle control and remote fleet management, following a regulatory-first, capital-efficient approach that scales through a franchising model with local operators. In 2025 the company validated its technology in a Brescia pilot with the A2A Group, Politecnico di Milano and MOST, the National Centre for Sustainable Mobility. In April 2026 Niulinx closed a EUR 38 million seed round led by A2A and CDP Venture Capital, each contributing EUR 10 million, with participation from AFL, the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group, Pirelli, VC Partners SGR, MOST, the ICO Falck Foundation and individual investors.
