InnovaFeed is a French insect-ingredients company that breeds Hermetia illucens (black soldier fly) to produce Hilucia™ proteins, oils and frass for animal feed, aquaculture, pet food and plant nutrition as lower-impact alternatives to conventional feedstocks. Founded by Clément Ray, Bastien Oggeri and Aude Guo, it operates industrial capacity including its Nesle, France vertical farm and has pursued US expansion with partners such as ADM. In June 2026 InnovaFeed raised €51 million (about $59 million) primarily from existing shareholders including Creadev, Qatar Investment Authority, Temasek, FFC, ABC Impact and ADM, together with banking partners, to accelerate commercialisation of Hilucia products, develop new offerings and further improve Nesle operations as the sector moves from R&D to industrial scale.
