About Horizon Quantum Computing
Horizon Quantum Computing builds software infrastructure for quantum computing. Its integrated development environment, Triple Alpha, combines proprietary programming languagesand a compiler that allow developers to write quantum programs using familiar, higher-level abstractionsand run them on today's quantum processors, removing the need for prior quantum computing expertise. The company's deployment and execution infrastructure lets applications compiled with its tools run across a range of quantum hardware platforms.
Founded in 2018 by Dr Joe Fitzsimons, a quantum-computing researcherand former professor at the Singapore University of Technology and Design, Horizon Quantum serves developers,researchers,and enterprises building quantum applications. The company has also begun vertically integrating,owning and operating its own quantum computer so that hardware and software can be developed together. In March 2026 it completed its business combinationwith dMY Squared Technology Groupand listed on Nasdaq,raising capital to accelerate its research and development.
