BellFace Inc. is a Japanese company that has pivoted to focus on AI-driven sales technology. The company's main product is 'bellSalesAI', an AI agent designed to fully automate data entry into Salesforce, the world's leading CRM. This service aims to redefine the future of sales by creating a new category of 'Salesforce input agents' where humans and AI collaborate.

Founded on April 27, 2015, by Kazuaki Nakajima, BellFace initially developed and operated the online meeting system 'bellFace'. This system was unique because it used a telephone line for audio while sharing documents and screens online, ensuring a stable connection regardless of internet quality. It featured functions like document and screen sharing, a digital business card, and recording capabilities. The system was designed for ease of use, requiring no application installation for the client, who could connect simply by entering a 4-digit number.

The founder, Kazuaki Nakajima, has a notable entrepreneurial journey. He left high school after three months to pursue business, traveled the world creating 200 business plans, and started his first company at 21, a video media site for company presidents called "Shacho.tv". The experience of trying to expand this business nationwide through remote sales led to the initial idea for bellFace. After being dismissed as representative director from his first company, he founded BellFace just days later in April 2015.

Facing challenges from the widespread adoption of general web conferencing tools like Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic, BellFace strategically restructured by focusing on the financial industry. Subsequently, in August 2025, the original 'bellFace' online meeting system business was transferred to Peers Co., Ltd. This strategic shift allowed the company to rebrand as an "AI Agent Company" and concentrate on the new 'bellSalesAI'事業. The company secured 750 million JPY in funding in January 2026 to accelerate the growth of bellSalesAI, which is reportedly growing at four times the pace of the original bellFace service in its early days.
