AllRock Bio's lead program is ROC-101, an orally administered pan-ROCK inhibitor being investigated for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and pulmonary hypertension associated with interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). ROC-101 aims to provide anti-proliferative, anti-inflammatory, and anti-fibrotic effects, potentially modifying disease progression rather than just managing symptoms. By inhibiting both ROCK1 and ROCK2 isoforms, the drug is intended to promote vasodilation, reduce vascular remodeling, and improve endothelial function. The company raised a Series A funding round in 2024 to advance the development of this therapeutic.
