CloudWalk's AI flywheel: 10M users and an AI agent for every small seller
Key points
Key takeaways from theCUBE interview with CloudWalk founder and CEO Luis Silva (October 2026):
Three brands, 10M+ active users. CloudWalk provides banking and financial services for small sellersand consumers through three brands: Infinite Pay, the leading financial brand for small sellersin Brazil; Pierre Finance, launched with open-finance connected accountsand an agentic black cat watching over customers' money; and gene.com, its US agent brand launched last year that helps small sellers (plumbers, painters, flower shops) sell more, set paymentsand manage money. Together the brands serve more than 10 million active users.
$2B revenue, hundreds of millions in profit. CloudWalk crossed $2 billion in annual revenue, is profitable, withhundreds of millions in profits, growing like high double digits.
2019 was the breakthrough. Founded in 2013, CloudWalk spent five years building payment processing, ledgers, issuing and blockchain, using its own AI models since 2016 for fraud prevention, privacy and trust; it then launched Infinite Pay in 2019, focused on paying sellers faster and cheaperand helping them grow their businesses (the flywheel that compounded value).
Own GPU cluster for agents. CloudWalk runs hundreds of Blackwell GPUs on its own cluster, built almost three years ago as an early move, hosting its AI agents end-to-end; roughly half of its 10 million monthly active users now talk daily with company agents.
Trust-first guardrails on money-moving agents. As a regulated financial institution, CloudWalk's first rule is that agents obey their human owners' commands, and hallucination levels must stay extremely low whend handling money; any agentthat moves customer funds carries guard railsand protections in its core DNA.
Stablecoin momentum shifts to the US. Brazil's central bank built supportive frameworks for stablecoinsand blockchain around two years ago;with new US legislation such as the Clarity Act, Silva expects stablecoin usage to grow quickly as US banks engage, while Brazil's central bank now takes a more careful regulatory approach.
$2.7M revenue per employee, 99% support automated. CloudWalk reports one of the highest revenue-per-employee ratios, at $2.7 million per employee, plus hundreds of internal agents; agentic automation of customer support rose from 65% eighteen months ago to 99%, freeing humans to make personal customer calls.
Agents arethe small seller's edge. Silva's mission is to give small entrepreneurs the best agents to grow and manage their financial lives: AI lets small players punch above their weight, with startups keeping headcount flat while earnings rise, and investors at the event see vertically integrated agentsas the next evolution of the space.
