June 2024 Amazon hired Adept founders (David Luan etc.) and licensed IP; Semafor says Adept receives around $25M under the deal.

Adept struggled to ship product; that $25M is deal consideration / license, not FY product ops revenue. Booking it as 2024 revenue invents a fake multiple.
