Atmospheric AI raises $10.1M seed to map raw-material supply chains

What's the deal? Atmospheric AIDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a startup building a digital twin of raw-material supply chains, has raised $10.1 million in seed funding led by DBL PartnersDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. Co-founder and chief executive officer Roee Goldberg says the money will expand its product into new sectors.

What's the endgame? The company runs an AI-first platform that models supply chains asset by asset, tracking materials from origin to delivery. It evaluates cost, carbon, and operational risk at each step to help procurement and sustainability teams make faster decisions.

Why it matters: Industrial supply chains remain notoriously opaque, making it hard for companies to track costs, sourcing risks, and emissions. Atmospheric AI initially targets the chemical and petrochemical sectors.

Who's behind it? Founded in 2025 by Goldberg and Toby Darbyshire, the London-based startup earlier drew backing from Norrsken EvolveDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. It has also joined a UK consortium alongside GSK and Croda, supported by a £7 million Innovate UK grant.

Why now? DBL Partners, an early investor in Tesla and SpaceX, is leading the round as investors pour money into applying AI to procurement and raw-material visibility. Agricultural sourcing startup Finches raised €2 million in October; Epoch raised $4.25 million to trace materials to their origins.

The signal: Atmospheric AI's raise is among the largest seed rounds in its category, sitting near the top of comparable enterprise software deals. Its significance will hinge on whether the data improves sourcing decisions in practice — not just maps fragmented supply chains.
