Technis buys Geneva's Konstl to track building energy use in Switzerland
What's the deal? TechnisDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → has acquired Konstl, a Geneva-based company specialising in building data collection and technical supervision. The terms were undisclosed, and the deal was announced in November 2026.
What's the endgame? The aim is to help Swiss property owners measure and cut the energy use of their buildings, one property at a time. Konstl installs IoT sensors, collects data via its own LoRa network, and hosts it in Switzerland; Technis brings energy optimisation expertise.
Why now? In Switzerland, building energy performance is now a regulatory requirement and a financial concern, with cantonal monitoring obligations tightening — particularly in Geneva. Konstl's clients — property managers, industrial services, and municipalities in French-speaking Switzerland — keep their existing contacts and services.
Konstl's team joins Technis under Didier Bernaud, who becomes head of operations. The two firms had already worked together, notably on RealstoneDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →'s portfolio.
What they said: "Swiss property owners must measure and improve the performance of each of their buildings. Konstl has been doing this on the ground for years," said Wiktor Bourée, chief executive officer of Technis (translated from French).
The signal: The deal continues Technis's consolidation push. It acquired Geneva energy optimisation specialist E-NNO in January 2026, and its chief executive later cited two acquisitions and a portfolio of 2,100 buildings. Konstl adds detailed building measurement to that energy expertise, widening Technis's offer across French-speaking Switzerland as efficiency rules harden.
