RepSpark buys Tee Commerce to extend from golf wholesale to the golfer
What's the deal? RepSpark, a business-to-business ecommerce platform for the golf industry, has acquired Tee CommerceDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, a retail ecommerce and fulfillment provider for golf clubs and country clubs. The deal was announced on November 4, 2026, for an undisclosed sum.
What's the endgame? RepSpark connects golf brands with the facilities and professionals that sell their products through wholesale ordering. Tee Commerce adds the consumer-facing layer: club-branded online storefronts plus on-demand decoration, fulfillment and customer service.
The appeal for clubs is selling branded merchandise online without holding extra inventory or taking on much fulfillment work, including one-off embroidered and small-quantity orders.
Why now? The deal gives RepSpark a foothold in a fast-growing niche. Tee Commerce reported 114.3% growth in 2025 and projects another 55% in 2026.
It also follows a busy stretch for RepSpark: a strategic alignment with the PGA of America in July 2026 and a reported $22 million strategic investment in August.
What's next? Over time, golf facilities will be able to use their existing RepSpark brand relationships to stock consumer storefronts, creating a path from brand to facility to golfer. RepSpark plans to automate and scale the infrastructure to support thousands of storefronts.
"RepSpark has spent years building the infrastructure that connects brands with the facilities and professionals who sell their products," said Meghann Butcher, chief executive officer and co-founder of RepSpark. "Tee Commerce allows us to extend that connection further, from wholesale ordering all the way to the consumer."
The signal: It is a notable vertical expansion, stitching wholesale and retail into one golf commerce stack. But its significance will depend on whether RepSpark can connect its wholesale relationships to club storefronts at scale — not just on the announcement.
