Bond buys JAM CRM, its second CRM deal in a year

What's the deal? Bond, the customer intelligence-driven engagement company, has acquired JAM CRMDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →, one of North America's largest independent CRM agencies, for an undisclosed sum. The agency will operate as JAM CRM, a Bond Company, with chief executive officer Andrea Cook continuing to lead it through integration.

Who are they? JAM employs 160 strategists, creatives, and data specialists across the US and Canada, covering CRM strategy, lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and campaign execution inside platforms like Salesforce, Adobe, and Braze. Bond specialises in loyalty and customer experience.

What's the rationale? Bond is betting that brands increasingly want loyalty and CRM joined under one roof. "That only works when loyalty and CRM share the same understanding of the customer," said Morana Bakula, president and chief executive officer of Bond.

Why now? JAM is Bond's second CRM acquisition in a year, following its November 2025 purchase of UK agency ArmadilloDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. The deals push Bond's workforce past 900 people across North America and Europe.

What changes for clients? Nothing day to day, both companies say. Over time, JAM clients gain Bond's data science and proprietary tools, while Bond clients get a deeper bench of CRM specialists.

The signal: Agencies are consolidating to offer more integrated customer-engagement services, as seen in the 2026 merger of UK groups Bray LeinoDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → and krowDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom →. Bond's back-to-back CRM buys follow the same logic — stacking specialist expertise onto a data and loyalty platform rather than adding unrelated business lines. With terms undisclosed, the financial scale of that bet stays hidden.
