BOND is a premium fractional aviation company providing ownership of a fleet composed exclusively of factory-new Bombardier aircraft. The company announced its launch in October 2025, led by industry veteran Bill Papariella as Chairman and Group CEO. BOND has a firm order for 50 Challenger 3500 and Global 6500 aircraft, with options for 70 more, representing a potential investment of over $4 billion.

The company targets high-end private flyers who prioritize exclusivity and service over scale, a model it refers to as “Fractional 2.0”. Key features of its business model include a low owner-to-aircraft ratio (limited to 10 per aircraft), a fleet reserved exclusively for fractional owners without dilution from jet cards or charter services, and standby aircraft to ensure reliability. BOND is also the first fractional operator to have a flight attendant on every flight across its entire super-midsize and large-cabin fleet.

A cornerstone of BOND's strategy is a fully integrated service agreement with Bombardier, a first for the industry, which dedicates onsite maintenance resources solely to the BOND fleet to maximize uptime and operational reliability. The company's launch is supported by a $350 million investment, with KKR leading a $320 million debt and preferred equity round and $30 million in equity from founding partners. Members are expected to begin flying in early 2027.
