Try Dealroom →, a Zurich-based startup building an AI-native "Live Finance Platform" that automates accounting, reconciliation, reporting and financial controls. The amount and round stage were not disclosed. Law firm Walder WyssDealroom has a profile for this one. Try Dealroom → advised 3VC on the transaction.
What's the endgame? Aderis wants to establish a new "Live Finance" category and become the European market leader in AI-native finance software. Its platform runs accounting autonomously, keeping every entry traceable to source, and serves mid-market and larger enterprises in manufacturing, e-commerce, medtech and hospitality.
Why now? 3VC argues the next generation of ERP systems must be AI-native, modular and API-first. It points to legacy systems reaching end-of-life, a shortage of skilled accountants, and AI that can finally automate core finance processes accurately.
What does the money do? The investment is meant to strengthen Aderis' product development, hiring and commercial expansion across Europe.
"We were aligned with 3VC from the very first conversation, and that has remained the case ever since," said Aderis' Elian Kool.
The signal: The deal fits a busy European market for AI-driven finance software, where recent rounds include Berlin-based Integral's €18 million Series A. Without a disclosed cheque size, though, the scale and competitive weight of Aderis' financing remain unclear.
